Urinary concerns, for the Ladies

Concerns for the Ladies and the urinary system


I am hoping this is going to work... new website format, so one never knows.


Cranberry Juice. 

We know it is great for helping get rid of kidney stones.

It is great for urinary tract infections. 

And now.... how about this... It can help regulate the bladder! 

So it seems for a few of us, cranberry juice helps calm the bladder?

Yes, it is beginning to seem so. 

Less dribbling? Fewer trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night?

Sounder sleep? 

Yeah, I know. Interesting. 

For years we know that Cranberry juice aids in ridding stones out of the kidneys, but some Drs. believe 

excess could increase the stone formation. Jury is still out on that one. 

And we know that Cranberry juice is good for cleansing the urinary system when there has been a Urinary Tract

Infection.

It also is used a preventative for UTIs.  

So what about sleep? What about waking for nighttime urination?

Among some of my clients and family and self.... it seems to help this!

Who knew?!


So if you're experiencing the night time urination, it might pay off to try 4-8 oz of cranberry juice in the evening. 


This made me question, 'Why?'

I started looking at the components of cranberry juice.

Nothing out of the ordinary, just good stuff.

Vit C, E, B6, K1, copper and manganese. And the some stuff which is good,  A-type proanthocyanidins, which prevents Bacteria from sticking to the tract. 

Okay, that's all good. But then what?


What else is being affected?

It seems the LIVER is being affected, for the positive!

And the liver has a direct affect on sleep!

Okay... we are really getting somewhere now!

We know that if we detox the liver, sleep improves. 

The liver becomes active in the early morning 1-3 am, according to Chinese Medicine.  

It seems the liver can be POSITIVELY AFFECTED by cranberry juice! 

GREAT!!! This then may improve sleep.


So the suggestion would be, try some Cranberry juice, use a good quality, 4-8 oz in the evening. 

Then we come to the tablets. Yes! These can be used and they seem to be effective also, 2 in the evening. 


I will not promise this will work for everyone, but so far we have had some very positive feed back.

We can always schedule a Body Code session for more information about the state of the body. 


What about the gentlemen? Well, they have a few other issues to deal with. It won't hurt to try this, but I would suggest more intense evaluations with a Body Code session.

Summer Bites? Ouch! The LIZ PROTOCOL

It has been an interesting spring and now we embark on Summer. 
But with the rain and coolness, I am wondering if someone forgot to tell Mother Nature where we are supposed to be with all this. 

So today I'm singing the praises of Liz. Liz is my neighbor and we visit from time-time. 

I managed to use a few good days we had and get outside and work in the yard. I believe in dirt therapy. Works wonders for the soul and the body. 

While out working around I managed to rile up some wasps and took quite a beating from them. I had about 5 stings. I got the stings under control using a few energy releases and Dr. Christopher's Stings and Bites ointment. Love that stuff.

After a week or so of itching, I was healing well. Then I got another sting. I haven't had stings like this in years. 
This time my arm became quite inflamed. It was sore and starting to itch. 
I mentioned this to Liz. And boy did I get a good story from this!

Liz states her aunt and uncle ran a clinic in California. People who had small pox, chicken pox and and any pox condition in general would come to this clinic. And they were helped and healed. The aunt had a formula she was impressed to use. It works on measles, what ever the skin issue. This also includes bites and stings. This stuff stops itching, consequently there are no secondary infections because you don't introduce any other pathogens to the skin from scratching. And it will also prevent scaring, according to Liz. 

The recommendation is to clean the skin area with a mild soap and water, then pat dry. NO RUBBING. You do not want to break or irritate the skin. 
Then apply the mixture.

The LIZ PROTOCOL
Liz's aunt felt to use a combination of baking soda and vaseline.
In a small glass or dish mix equal parts of baking soda and vaseline. I used about 1 tsp of each.  Liz says the vaseline can get hot, so you might use more baking soda. This is per individual preference. Then with the back of a spoon, so as NOT TO DISTURB the skin, you apply the mixture. 

So to my sting, which was itching like crazy, I applied the mixture. I didn't take time cleanse the area as I just wanted immediate relief,
AND I GOT IT! I couldn't believe how great this stuff works. 

I found out a friend had been suffering with some weird bites. I called and told her she might try this. She calls back about 30 minutes later and tells me I am a miracle worker! Well, thanks, but it really isn't me. 

I had the kids over and one got a sting under the arm. Nasty! Been there and done that. So I mixed up Liz Protocol, applied it and the child went merrily on her way. We applied once more before she left. And that was that. 

Hopefully, there will never be a time when we need to worry about a pox situation. If there ever is, you have another tool in your box to deal with it.   
I might also suggest if there are some allergies to bugs and bites, that you try some Body Code sessions to get rid of those. 

Dr. Christopher's Stings and Bites ointment is a good one also to keep around as the plantain will draw out some of the toxins with stings.

Corona Virus threat, my plan...

Corona Virus? 
I have never experienced anything like the upheaval we have experienced with this virus.
I am NOT a medical Dr. I offer no allopathic solutions. 
I will tell you what I do to ward off any unnecessary problems and what I do when I am attacked. 

About Virus'
#1. They mutate. That's how they stay in business.
#2. You won't get the exact same virus as your neighbor, they mutate. 
#3. Antibiotics do NOT work on virus.

The best way to handle this virus is to enhance your immune system so it fights off this or any other invaders
Immune system should be functioning at 100%. Body Code work will evaluate this for you. If you have something else as effective, by all means I would use it. 
Boost the Immune system.
I have been taking: 
Vit D 4000 U/ day is the minimum. You don't overdose unless you go over 10,000 u/ day.
Vit C to enhance the immune system. 1000 mg/ day is a good addition, more if you are fighting something. Vit C is a natural anti-inflammatory and rapid cell rebuilder as well as a detoxer. 
Garlic oil capsule 1/day unless fighting something. This is a great immune system enhancer. And it also has some anti-viral elements. 
That follows up on the minerals and vitamins I take. 

 ATTACK PLAN!!!
What I plan on if I get attacked?
I plan on lots of fluids.
One addition would be:
Canada Dry Tonic Water with Quinine
Quinine happens to be what Chloroquine is derived from. 
Selenium, 200 mcg/ day. It is GREAT for the immune system.
Zinc is also very good. Might consider zinc lozenges. Virus have a hard time reproducing when zinc is used. 
Vit C 3-6000 mg /day.
Vit D 10,000 u/  day for about 1 week.
Garlic to 4-6 capsules a day. Some people like the fresh best, and it is best. But for me, I get stomach issues with the fresh. A capsule works well for me.
Brigham's Tea tincture / 3-4 Droppers a day. Or I could use the tea, a couple of times a day.
Colloidal silver 30ppm, that will be 1.5 tsp twice a day. Possibly more if indicated.
And there is always Oil of Oregano. This is great for most virals. I can roll this oil onto the bottom of the feet.
And then the old stand by.... 
ONIONS! Yep! You can chop some up and put on the bottom of the feet. These are held in place by socks. This is just quicker than the onion poultice applied to the chest. But if indicated, and I had a horrible cough, I wouldn't hesitate prepping a poultice and using that a couple of nights as needed. 

There is quite a bit here. 
If it is a bit overwhelming, I am sorry. But I am here to help if you want to get more a more personal about any of it. 

Of course we could energetically challenge any virus or bacteria using the Body Code.
We could also check for any energies which are imbalanced and contributing to illness.

Just know, there are many options to choose from and the choice is yours.
I just shared some of what I do.

All about seeing 20/20!

SEEING THE NEW YEAR AT NEARLY 20/20!
                  I am serious.    
  This is wonderful place to begin a new year!
   
This week I drove myself to the eye Dr. 
By the time I got there I could hardly see. I WAS NOT in a good mood. My head was killing me, my eyes were killing me. I just couldn't focus. 
I suspected my contact lenses were giving me problems. I was right. 
Earlier, I noticed the cross road signs at night were looking something like swastikas and I wondered when they started making signs like that?! But as I got closer, the sign wasn't the problem. Hmm.....
One day I drove into Boise and noticed that on top of the mountains I could see individual trees. That's weird. So I just stopped wearing the lenses much because they weren't comfortable.
But thinking this wasn't a good idea, I headed to the Dr. 
When the Dr. came into the room, I said, "Hello, get these lenses out."
Whoa, not so fast! We had to test! 
With one of the tests, he asks if I can read any of the three lines. Yep, can read the top line, and pretty much the second line and if I squint I can make out the last line. 
 
After he did a few tests, the Dr. made the announcement, 
"You just keep getting better and better. You have had a 50% improvement in your vision since I saw you. Wow."
I saw him last in November '19, 2.5 months ago. 
At that time he said I could probably use a lesser prescription in the right eye, but thought all would be well at my -1.00 prescription. 
Per the reading test, the top line is what you need to be able to read to drive without corrective lenses! And the third line is 20/20 vision! 

THE REVEL:
I NO LONGER need corrective lenses to drive. WOW!
The last line is 20/20. SHOCKING! I CAN see 20/20 in 2020, if I squint!
My journey started with -1.75 with a light bifocal correction.
I am now -.5 and no bifocal correction. 
I am not something special, if I can improve so can anyone else who decides they would want to.  
Someone who says it can't be done should not be allowed to interrupt someone who is doing it. 

So what have I done?
Eye exercises.
Nutritional supplements. 
Removed any energy/toxicity blockages from eyes. 
That's it. 
And it isn't hard or I wouldn't be doing it. 

Here are the eye exercises:
EYE EXERCISES!
By Jack West
Laying on back. Do not move head.
Follow as directed in series of 5 times for each exercise
1. Rotate the eyes clock wise 5X
Squeeze eyes tight till relaxed, count to 10
2. Rotate the eyes counter clockwise 5X
Squeeze eyes tight…count..also use some deep breaths. 
3. Look straight across, FEEL the stretch. Left to right 5 X
Squeeze….
4.Make Xs with eyes.
From upper left to right shoulder, feel the stretch. 
Then upper right to left shoulder, feel the stretch.
Do these movements 10 x, making 5 large Xs.  
Occasionally, start from the bottom and go to the top.
Squeeze tight…..
5. Then look up over head and down to toes, focus on the toes, 5 Xs. 
Squeeze eyes…..
Done!
Do this 2 times a day at the minimum. 

I figure I was laying down before I went to sleep and before I got up so I could do these exercises. Worked for me! Do once more a day if possible.

Then I found another one I added since November:
The Thumb Focus Exercise
Hold your thumb out at arms length, shoulder high.
Focus on your thumbnail as you slowly bring the thumb toward your nose. 
Hold for a second or two and then extend the arm again still focusing on the thumbnail. Do this 5 times. 
Squeeze eyes and relax.
Do at least once a day, or twice if you feel inclined. 

NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS
Supplements reported to help eyesight:
Calcium, citrate 400 mg
Omega 3 fish oil, 1000 U
Vit C 1000 mg, minimum
Vit E 400 u
Gelatin, 1 capsule/day
Glucosomine/Chondroitin, 1 capsule a day
Mineral supplement
Eye Brite formula, 2 droppers or 2 capsules at night, 1 month. This is a Dr.       Christopher product.
Iodine, be sure you are getting adequate Iodine supplementation. This is         the ONE thing I had changed in my diet over the last 4 months. 


Foods which may improve eyesight:
Spinach
Chard
Kale
Carrots
Broccoli
Egg yolks
Red and yellow peppers
Sweetcorn
Avocados
Raspberries 
Sweet Black Cherries
Blackberries
Blueberries
Pecans/nuts
Spices such as cayenne pepper and paprika
Fish oil

I do a smoothie most every day, mine is usually power greens with a little fruit, liquid minerals added, whey protein and sometimes yogurt. 

This smoothie is purported to help with eyes also:
SMOOTHIE!
For one month do the following daily:
Green smoothie with spinach, and chard if you like
1/4 c blue berries
1/4 c sweet black cherries
1/4 c. black berries
And eat 8 whole pecans.

It is important to remove toxins from the body as well as addressing any other imbalances. Body Code is great for this!

Also, to help clear congestion in the eyes, this is a great treatment! I tell people they will be shocked at how bright their vision is after this treatment: 

Castor Oil Treatment.
Use Hexane free, cold pressed and as organic as possible Castor oil. Palma Christie is a good brand. Use the filtered one, not the one with particles in it. 
For 3 nights, put one drop of castor oil in each eye before retiring. 
Wait one week and repeat. 
This may need to be repeated, depends on the individual.

And lastly, an eye wash!
This is great for strengthening the eyes, clearing and healing.

This treatment is also used for cataracts treatment.

EYE WASH
Measure out 2 eye cups full of water, distilled or purified.
Add 2 drops Dr. Christopher's Eye Brite tincture and let set for a few minutes to bleed off any alcohol.
Fill cup with solution. Tilt head forward and press eye cup over eye. 
Raise head and blink 10 times. 
Lower head for break.
Raise head again and blink 10 times.
Lower head and repeat one last time.
Discard water, rinse cup and repeat on other eye. You may increase dosage of Eye Brite drops as needed.

Do for one week and then we will recheck for a repeat.

There is nothing hard about this. It may seem like a lot, but you eat anyway, so might as well put in some healing foods. 
You lie down, you can exercise those eyes a couple of times a day. It takes only a few minutes.

About those knees.....

It is going to be spring before we know it! Yeah!
So are you ready for the spring thing...gardening, walking and other adventures? Is dealing with knee pain going to be on your agenda?

I recently met with some 'almost' seniors and was a bit taken back by how many were dealing with knee pain. Yuck.

So what cause knee pain? 
Cartilage breakdown.
Misalignment of the pelvis
Weak tendons.
Weak muscles.  
Toxins or pathogens.         
Adrenal issues can affect the left knee. 
Gall Bladder can affect the right knee.
Energy blockages in the knees. 
Lack of proper supplements.

I think this is the short list. It will be a bit different for different people. 
You get to choose how you want to deal with this. 

Body Code work can help solve the puzzle as to why there is pain. 
Then we can decide how to deal with it.

There are supplements we can choose from.
Glucosamine/chondroitin helps build joint tissue.
Gelatin will also help build tissue.
Good mineral supplementation is always a good idea.
Vit C is a must. It can be a natural anti-inflammatory as well as a catalyst for healing. 
Vit. E may be of help also.
And one I have come across lately is the Omega 3. Not only is it good for bones, but is also good for tissue and joints. 
 
And remember... the body IS designed to heal. We can help it along to do the best it can. We will get older, the alternative isn't that great, but we don't have to be 'old.'

Welcome to Fall!

Welcome to Fall!
And the advent of the flu season.
"So what are the more natural options?" you ask.
So glad you asked!  
I have gone over a few of the holisitc things in the 'Medicine Cabinet' you should have on hand.

We'll go for a quick review.

Oil of Oregano
Colloidal Silver, a good brand. Some home made versions have a larger particulate matter and are not as effective.
But with only these two items, you can handle so many things that come your way.
Vit. C  You can take up to 15,000 mg before you start overdosing. Minimum for me is 1000 mg/day.
Vit. D  You can manufacture up to 50,000 u on a summer day. I highly suggest 5000 u/day. Less for kiddies of course. Sometimes if there is something acute, we have used 10,000 u/day for a week or so. 
Garlic  Use fresh or I like the oil capsules. Oh, I had one lady tell me she cleared her facial warts, those big nobby things, taking garlic oil capsules. Her Dr. told her if she ever found anything that worked for them she would have a cure for cancer as they reproduce the same way. Hmm... interesting... And for kiddies you can use less, dilute and apply to bottoms of feet if you feel so inclined. This stuff jump starts the immune system. 

What I do:
We have used a 2-2-2 formula at times.
My daughter uses this to combat a cold/flu.
2 garlic capsules
2 Vit C, 1000 mg each
2 hours intervals, taken while you're up. 
And it seems to clear her symptoms up very quickly, usually in a day.

COUGH?
When the cough thing starts, we have used the Oil of Oregano on the bottoms of the feet. I have used 3 drops for adults, 2 diluted drops for children. We do this for 3 nights, lots of detox is hard on the liver that's why only 3 nights then break. 

Sometimes that cough thing responds better to colloidal silver. Love that stuff. 2-3 tsp X 2/day. Half of that for my kiddies. And loads of Vit C.

Here is another quick little item. Onions.
Yep... you read it right. 
This is easy especially when dealing with kids. Just thin slices of onion and put socks on to hold them in place while sleeping. Flush them in the morning...the onions, not the kids or the socks. 
I also have used onion poultices. This is heated onions, wrapped in a cloth and placed on the chest. This breaks a cough up FAST!  Just pin in it in place under a tight fitting T-shirt. They will cool off and get uncomfortable after a few hours. Just flush the onions when done. But it works well enough I had kids ASK for it. 

Sore throat?
Yuck. Spray with colloidal silver.....aaaahhhhh......
There is also a little trick with honey, cayenne and garlic. 
2 TBl honey
4 cloves garlic minced fine
1/8 tsp or little less, cayenne
Mix all together. Take a tsp or a little less every couple of hours. Just let it sit in the mouth and slowly coat the throat. Good bye sore throat!

We also go Body code, making sure the immune system is functioning at 100%. I also check for energy imbalances as a cause for disease in the body. 
So that is how many of us do the season. 
Hopefully with good supplements, the season treats us well. 
And... You need to check with your Dr. if you have questions. 
I simply shared how many of us take care of ourselves.
Are there other options...sure are, these are just the basics.

Anti-aging, the skin! We're on it!!!

ANTI-AGING, we're talking about the skin this time!
I am all for it...naturally of course. 
I have several daughters. I spent some time with them this last week and we started talking about skin, wrinkles, premature aging and the rest. The fact is, we ARE going to age, thankfully so as the alternative isn't all that great. The goal here would be to do it in the least painful way possible. 
 
For my age, and I am eternally 59 at this point, I have pretty good skin. So because my daughters are interested in MORE anti-aging info, I thought to share some of what is out there, at least what I have available right now. There is always more to know, this by no means is everything! No one knows everything!
These are just things which have come across my radar in the past few years. 

I occasionally have used very expensive products, but I find you don't need the most expensive products for good results. And there is also the nutritional factors here. What supplements does one use for warding off extra aging? Like I said, this is what is on my screen right now. It is NOT everything, I am sure.

Here we go!

B VITAMINS
I once read that one symptom of B 6 Vitamin deficiency was wrinkling around the mouth. Enough said! It isn't going to hurt to take a good brand of B-50 or B-100 complex. These are usually very balanced and you won't be getting too much of one or the other. B Vitamins are water soluble, so don't be afraid of getting too much, your kidneys will take out what you don't need. Beef, poultry, fish, garlic and greens are good sources of B 6 also. 

BETA CAROTENE
This converts to Vit A in the body. This is very much anti-wrinkling. Because it is water soluble, you can take it with very little fear of overdosing. Your kidneys will eliminate the excess. I take 50,000 u a day of this, you can use up to 75,000 a day before you start overdosing. (And this is also VERY good for your eyes!)

VITAMIN C
Vitamin C is great for many things. It also generates rapid cell repair. This is good for the skin. You may want to add 1000 mg a day of this to your diet also.

GELATIN!
And guess what else builds collagen? Yep... old fashioned gelatin. It is marvelous for the joints, the eyes, the hair, the nails AND even the SKIN! So how much do I use? 
Well, I use those packets from the grocery store and use one of those a day. I just blend it into my smoothie. It doesn't taste. After a few months, you may find you can maintain with 3-4 packets a week. I have one daughter who gets her gelatin in bulk from health food source on line. In that case she takes 1 tablespoon a day. (And this is marvelous if you have some joint pain!)

GLUCOSAMINE/CHONDROITIN
These also are some of the building blocks of collagen. And collagen keeps the skin elastic and full.  You may take a couple of these a day. You may end up not needing as much later just to maintain. (Also very good for your joints!)

EFAs
These are Essential Fatty Acids. Flaxseed is very good for women, it is a precursor to estrogen. Fish oil for men, flax for women. 
Depending again on your diet, 1000 u a day is a good start.

HORMONES?
Yep, we want those balanced. Some breakouts can be attributed to estrogen imbalance. 

MOISTURIZER!
My mother-in-law, RIP, had great looking skin. Her secret she said was to, "Moisturize, moisturize, MOISTURIZE!" I use a product called Dermae. It has Vit A in it among other natural ingredients. 

MINERALS!
If there is a shortage of minerals in the diet, this can also affect the skin. It is HIGHLY SUGGESTED you get a good mineral supplement. 

WATER! 
It is the number one element to enhance the skin. I had an esthetician(skin specialist) tell me she could tell who drinks enough water and who didn't by how wrinkled their skin was. I immediately started drinking more water! You need to be drinking about half your weight in ounces. You weigh 150 lbs, you drink 75 ounces of water a day. And this needs to be GOOD water. For sure it should be filtered in some way. And you need to be careful of bottled water, sometimes they have fluoride added and you don't want that. We can go into that more in another blog. 

ASEA GEL
Then one of the products I really like is ASEA GEL. It really nourishes the cell structure of the skin. I use it at night. 

Here is one 'interesting' idea: 
HEMORRHOID OINTMENT? 
Yep. It is purported to shrink tissue. So somebody somewhere decided to try it for the wrinkles on the face and had some great results with it. But there is one thing you might note, the ointment which will work the best for this comes from Canada. They have the yeast extract and shark liver oil which are some of the key ingredients for success. 

HYALURONIC ACID
This is added to many skin formulas. It is to help collagen formulation. I think there are some valuable applications with this. It is probably worth a try.

No doubt there are some things here which some gals will not be able to take or use as they, "Break me out!" Well, I wouldn't do that either! But let me remind you, this can be treated! If you are allergic or intolerant, you can always have a session to address that.

If you have questions about dosages, we can address that also.

I did some work for a gal who had a 'pregnancy mask' on part of her face. She was now 40 and wanted to know if I could work on it for her. Frankly, I was a bit skeptical and could not guarantee results. But we did some releases and about 10 months later her son noticed her face and asked what happened. Now without makeup, the dark mask around her face was gone. Well, that was inspirational! So having some darkness on both sides of my neck, I found I had a reason for them and did some releases. Are they gone? No, it hasn't been 10 months yet...BUT! They now are getting very molted looking, breaking up I guess you would say. So now I watch and wait. Many times there are toxicities in the skin which need to be addressed, some are related to gland toxicities. Thankfully, we can address those also. 

I HIGHLY suggest any supplements you take are of a good quality. Cheap isn't always the best, and also at times when you buy the most expensive you're paying for packaging. Just use caution, and get some suggestions. 

Right now I am researching which oils may be of benefit to the skin. So there will more coming on that. There just always is so much more to know!

We are going to age. We can do it well. But please remember, the best thing about your face will ALWAYS be your SMILE!

Seeing IS believing!

Hello!
I recently worked with a client who is considering some eye enhancement surgery. I suggested she start working on her eyes.
I removed the energy blockages involving her eyes, made suggestions about supplements and sent her the eye exercises.
Surprise!
Her next visit to the eye Dr., they were both a little surprised when he announced her stigmatism was gone! This is a 40 year old woman with 2 children.

THE STEPS TO IMPROVING THE EYES/VISIION:

'I HATE TO EXERCISE PROGRAM'
I applauded my own efforts today when I exercised! Second time this week!!! While doing my exercise I thought it sad more people don't know about this. Then I thought maybe I was at fault. Not good. So here is some info about my..."I hate to exercise" program.
I like to walk, but sometimes that just isn't enough or I just don't do it. So here is my other option.

IF, I DO exercise I have a criteria: 
     It MUST Work! I need to see results!
     It MUST be easy! No fancy equipment or directions. And something I  
           don't have to travel for.
     It MUST take as little time as possible!
Yes, it is a tough criteria. Oh well... I found something that fits it all!

We are about to embark on that tradition, no, the other one, The  'New Years' resolution. Most of us have the same goals as the last 2-3 years, I know about this.
So if you want a little early Christmas present, you might consider the T-Tapp exercise solution.

Moving lymph is really important. Lymph does NOT have a circulatory system. It moves from area to area via muscle action, skin brushing or use of a mini tramp.

How did I get into this exercise program? 
I visited my daughter who was into this exercise program and couldn't stop raving over it.  Yeah.. yeah… yeah….I really didn't think there were programs out there I hadn't heard about. And most touted miraculous results if you beat yourself up long enough. 
Hey, I am not into wearing myself out.. I need to last!

My daughter threw on a t-shirt and some capris and I noticed there was less of her to notice… hmmm…. was this program doing THAT for her?
I exercised with her, not bad… I didn't feel like I needed cardiac resuscitation when finished. 
Okay….. so far so good….
And it lasted what…. 15 MINUTES? 
Hmm…. this is GOOD….
Then I listened to the lecture… it made perfect sense! This gal is well educated and is her own personal experiment. I have great respect for those types of people. And she spoke of the importance of lymph movement and how to move it with exercise! LYMPH?? I had studied that, its role and importance!
Okay…. I am listening now!

On the the lecture DVD you learn all you need to know about the whys and hows of this program.

So let's see:
I get results after a few days…. check
I don't need anything else to exercise with…. check (do use a DVD player)
It moves lymph…check (everyone NEEDS that!)
Most anyone can do it… it is just that simple.
Helps balance hormones.
It helps with gestational diabetes.
This exercise routine lasts 15-18 minutes…. ONLY 3 times a week…. love it! And… it is energizing!!!!
Or you can do the longer work out. Why you would want to I don't know…

So there you have my reasons for choosing this program. 
I suggest if you hate exercise programs, you check this one out. 

If you can tolerate a light exercise 15-18 minutes, 3 times a week, you will be impressed by the results… and you will helping your body detox simply by moving the lymph! Oh, yeah… drink lots water and drink distilled if you want to detox even more.

Spring or Allergy season? You can choose!

Welcome to Spring! Or allergy season?

I used to have what I would call 'MAY FEVER.'
Came during the month of May, and ended when May left. Sometimes traveling would flare it up again. Arrrgggghhh.....  I found several very good treatments for this allergy. One of the best was good ol' Vitamin C. About 3000 mg a day would help with the allergy.
Some of the other chemical treatments were just that... and left me feeling groggy, or with stomach upset. I just never knew. But hey... it was only May...for a while...

So what is an allergy? Well, usually it is an auto immune response to an element the body perceives as being a threat. Some people will say, "I played for hours outside as a child and then as an adult I get THIS!!!"

Others have allergies as very young children. Some have allergies to milk,  wheat, or grains, this is a big deal. You need to become the worlds best package reader! Even soy sauce has wheat in it!!!

Do we know why we have allergies? Not necessarily. I have a few pet theories of my own. I do know many, MANY times we have adrenal issues. When we work with the adrenals, some allergies go away. Once in a while, it is a thyroid issue. Just depends on who and what. Everyone is individual.

Recently I had a client approach me at a social function. He was all smiles as he said, "Hey... It worked! I can eat chocolate! But I don't like it that much." Huh? You don't like it? Oh, well.... 

During the course his office evaluations, he admitted to an allergy to chocolate. This allergy would send him to a migraine attack which might last a couple of days. I asked if he wanted to get over it? He said yeah, but he had just learned to eat his way all around a chocolate chip if it were in a cookie. We went ahead and did the releases and he went merrily on his way. So when he finally decided to see if the treatment worked, he ventured out hoping it wouldn't be 2 days of torture. Hence...the first chance he got, he had to tell me. I was excited to hear about this. So was he....but he did discover he wasn't all that fond of chocolate. Hmmm..... Well, he won't gain weight. 

Dust allergies, weed allergies, pet allergies, flower allergies, food allergies, etc, we can do a lot for these. Do they all clear as easily? Not always. Sometimes it takes more than one treatment. We have to look for all the triggers, organ involvement, emotional involvement, etc. We don't know until we try.   

And sometimes, it isn't an allergy, it is an intolerance. The body response is similar, the cause might be different and on a different level. We check for those also. 

If you're not happily tip-toeing through the tulips enjoying spring, or foods, or pets, you can make a different choice!

I am not believing my EYES! BIG IMPROVEMENT!!

Hello, again!!!
Yes, it has been a LONG time between blogs. I completed a move to a new location, office is mostly set up and I can find my clothes and my bedroom! Great Progress!!!! So now... hopefully I am getting back on track.
Now... onto some really exciting info!

MY EYES!!!!Three (3!!!!) LESSENED prescriptions later! 
Because of an eye issue a while back, I blogged about it, I have been conscious about good eye health protocol. Because I am also usually in a hurry and busy, I don't have a lot of patience with looongg programs. What ever I do has to be doable, quick and not too difficult. AND... IT MUST WORK!

I WAS wearing corrective contact lenses, WITH a bifocal enhancement. So a few months ago I went to the eye Dr. because I was getting headaches. I rarely have a headache and it usually is eye related if I do. 

He lessened the prescription. Ahhh.... lots better!
I am back 2 weeks later, more headaches. Relief, prescription lessened.

Then a week or so ago, I had trouble focusing, somewhat  blurry vision with a horrible headache.

I didn't have time to go in, so I just dealt with a kinda double vision deal when I wore my lenses, or didn't wear the lenses, unless driving. All the letters had a shadow with them. Hmm... I made an appointment and went today. Everything was going along okay.... until the aid gave me a new set of contacts to put in before the Dr. came in. WOWZER! Welcome to the world of headaches! 

By the time the Dr. came in, I just wanted the lenses out. Tried out another set of lighter lenses, still had some double vision, tried out another set. Not better yet. And then the magic card. 
"Can you read anything on this card?" he asks.
"Yeah, what do you want me to read?" I reply
 So I read something. The Dr. grabs the card and announces that I don't need the bifocals! So I got lenses WITHOUT bifocal correction, and a lighter prescription and WHAAA! LAAA! I can see again.... AND NO HEADACHES!

So let's see, I started out at -1.75 with light bifocal correction.
Went to -1.50 with light bifocal correction.
Went to a lighter one yet... and today I end up with -1.00 and NO bifocal correction. After that many lenses in my eyes, I have some very tired eyes. But I am feeling pretty optimistic about this eye stuff! 

So what started this revolution? Wish I could tell you what I did! (tease! Okay...not funny. Sorry ;-)  ....)

Soooo.... I started out with energy work on my eyes. Interestingly, I found grief as a trapped emotion. Makes sense, when you grieve you might cry. I have had plenty of opportunity for that. And there were some other things also. 

But there is something more to this....Recently, I came across a site by Jack West, a fellow I thought was only into archeology.. I hadn't realized he was very much into holistic health. I listened to his lecture. He has since passed, but was a great grandfather and had never worn or needed glasses. After my eye issues, I found this intriguing. And he then explained his program. He had been promised by a Dr. he would never need glasses if he did several simple eye exercises every day. Okay, I'll buy... how simple? It would have to be simple if I were to get involved. It was. I combined this with Dr. Christopher's Eye Bright, used as a wash and as a tincture. 
I was already taking some calcium, Vit D, Vit A, (as beta carotene),EFAs and minerals, so I didn't feel to change anything nutritionally.

So here you go! EYE EXERCISES by Jack West.
Lying down, do this at least two times a day. I know, I know... but the two times I would be lying down would be before I go to sleep and before I get out of bed. Okay... this is very doable! I could do it.

Protocol of EXERCISE:
Lying on back, 
1. rotate the eyes in a big clockwise circle 5 times. Then squeeze eyes tight. Slow methodical movements, don't rush.
2. Now, roll the eyes counter clockwise 5 times and squeeze.
3. Look side to side, way over each way 5 times, side to side and back is 1. Squeeze eyes tight.
4. Make 5 LARGE X's with eyes, looking to upper left corner then down to opposite right shoulder, upper right, then down to opposite left shoulder, 5Xs. Squeeze.
5. Look way up high, over your head, then down to your toes. You probably won't see your toes and that is okay. Do this up and down 5 times. Squeeze. 
ALL DONE!
That completes the eye exercises. It is suggested you do this 2-3 times a day or when your eyes are tired. I have at times just laid my head back and done them. 

As I stated, I take 2 droppers full of Eye Bright once a day.
I do an eyebright wash with an eye cup and a few drops of eye bright in water before I go to bed. And I take my regular supplements. I made sure there weren't any other blockages. 
That's it. 
Will it work for you? We won't know until you try. It doesn't hurt, is isn't expensive,(well discounting prescription changes) and it isn't hard. 

And yes, I would suggest energy work on the eyes, should you feel so inclined. Many things can be improved when we remove the blockages preventing healing. I have released toxicities and various energies from the eyes. It is really a good idea to get an evaluation.
