About those knees.....

It is going to be spring before we know it! Yeah!
So are you ready for the spring thing...gardening, walking and other adventures? Is dealing with knee pain going to be on your agenda?

I recently met with some 'almost' seniors and was a bit taken back by how many were dealing with knee pain. Yuck.

So what cause knee pain?
Cartilage breakdown.
Misalignment of the pelvis
Weak tendons.
Weak muscles.
Toxins or pathogens.
Adrenal issues can affect the left knee.
Gall Bladder can affect the right knee.
Energy blockages in the knees.
Lack of proper supplements.

I think this is the short list. It will be a bit different for different people.
You get to choose how you want to deal with this.

Body Code work can help solve the puzzle as to why there is pain.
Then we can decide how to deal with it.

There are supplements we can choose from.
Glucosamine/chondroitin helps build joint tissue.
Gelatin will also help build tissue.
Good mineral supplementation is always a good idea.
Vit C is a must. It can be a natural anti-inflammatory as well as a catalyst for healing.
Vit. E may be of help also.
And one I have come across lately is the Omega 3. Not only is it good for bones, but is also good for tissue and joints.

And remember... the body IS designed to heal. We can help it along to do the best it can. We will get older, the alternative isn't that great, but we don't have to be 'old.'

Wishing you a Happy New Year and happy knees to go with it!
Blessings....

Seeing IS believing!

Hello!
I recently worked with a client who is considering some eye enhancement surgery. I suggested she start working on her eyes.
I removed the energy blockages involving her eyes, made suggestions about supplements and sent her the eye exercises.
Surprise!
Her next visit to the eye Dr., they were both a little surprised when he announced her stigmatism was gone! This is a 40 year old woman with 2 children.
Isn't it wonderful that there are options for improving our lives?!

THE STEPS TO IMPROVING THE EYES/VISIION:

1. We do an EYE EVALUATION checking for blockages and removing what we find.

2. Then SUPPLEMENT:
Herbal eyebright formula, 2 droppers a day.
Beta Carotene
Calcium/magnesium
Omega's 3 and 6 (flax seed oil)
And now I am suggesting adding some gelatin to the diet. Gelatin is the building block of the collagen of the eyes, this is the vitreous matter in the eyeball. p.s. It is also good for the skin! But that is the next blog!

3. The EYE EXERCISES are available in another blog post,
I am not believing my EYES! BIG IMPROVEMENT!!

You can start today to get your eyes to a healthier place! And yes, I am still bifocal free.

Right now, for December, I am offering $10 off the normal price of a $60 session for an adult. You can purchase as many of these as you would like and we will schedule you appointments as close or as far out as you need.

Have yourself a Merry little Christmas!
Blessings...
