Urinary concerns, for the Ladies

Concerns for the Ladies and the urinary system


I am hoping this is going to work... new website format, so one never knows.


Cranberry Juice. 

We know it is great for helping get rid of kidney stones.

It is great for urinary tract infections. 

And now.... how about this... It can help regulate the bladder! 

So it seems for a few of us, cranberry juice helps calm the bladder?

Yes, it is beginning to seem so. 

Less dribbling? Fewer trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night?

Sounder sleep? 

Yeah, I know. Interesting. 

For years we know that Cranberry juice aids in ridding stones out of the kidneys, but some Drs. believe 

excess could increase the stone formation. Jury is still out on that one. 

And we know that Cranberry juice is good for cleansing the urinary system when there has been a Urinary Tract

Infection.

It also is used a preventative for UTIs.  

So what about sleep? What about waking for nighttime urination?

Among some of my clients and family and self.... it seems to help this!

Who knew?!


So if you're experiencing the night time urination, it might pay off to try 4-8 oz of cranberry juice in the evening. 


This made me question, 'Why?'

I started looking at the components of cranberry juice.

Nothing out of the ordinary, just good stuff.

Vit C, E, B6, K1, copper and manganese. And the some stuff which is good,  A-type proanthocyanidins, which prevents Bacteria from sticking to the tract. 

Okay, that's all good. But then what?


What else is being affected?

It seems the LIVER is being affected, for the positive!

And the liver has a direct affect on sleep!

Okay... we are really getting somewhere now!

We know that if we detox the liver, sleep improves. 

The liver becomes active in the early morning 1-3 am, according to Chinese Medicine.  

It seems the liver can be POSITIVELY AFFECTED by cranberry juice! 

GREAT!!! This then may improve sleep.


So the suggestion would be, try some Cranberry juice, use a good quality, 4-8 oz in the evening. 

Then we come to the tablets. Yes! These can be used and they seem to be effective also, 2 in the evening. 


I will not promise this will work for everyone, but so far we have had some very positive feed back.

We can always schedule a Body Code session for more information about the state of the body. 


What about the gentlemen? Well, they have a few other issues to deal with. It won't hurt to try this, but I would suggest more intense evaluations with a Body Code session.

Seeing IS believing!

Hello!
I recently worked with a client who is considering some eye enhancement surgery. I suggested she start working on her eyes.
I removed the energy blockages involving her eyes, made suggestions about supplements and sent her the eye exercises.
Surprise!
Her next visit to the eye Dr., they were both a little surprised when he announced her stigmatism was gone! This is a 40 year old woman with 2 children. 
Isn't it wonderful that there are options for improving our lives?!

THE STEPS TO IMPROVING THE EYES/VISIION:

1. We do an EYE EVALUATION checking for blockages and removing what we find.

The SCOOP ON POOP!

Oh, come on! I know there are people who want to know... "IS THIS NORMAL?"
What is normal? Lots of things! Is there anything Abnormal? Several things.

"Disease begins in the colon," according to Dr. Christopher and many others. You haul the garbage out of your house quite regularly, and it is good to get the garbage out of your system regularly also. Sometimes in my mind I just picture an out-house. Any camper has seen one of these. You had to hold your nose to use it. Well, imagine being a walking out- house. Yeah....take the garbage out. 
Dr. Christopher also stated, "There will never be world peace as long as there are a bunch of constipated men sitting around a table trying to discuss it."  This is probably true. I think I have met this type on a few occasions.

So what is 'REGULAR'?
I remember one story told in class by a practitioner about a woman who displayed toxin overload and constipation symptoms. Upon being questioned. She was adament that she was regular!!! So the provider asked her again, "Do you have regular bowel movements?" 
"Yes, she replied I 'go' once a month!" I would love to tell you this is made up. But unfortunately it is true. Some professionals would tell you that a bowel movement once a week is also normal. Please someone, show me somewhere in the animal kingdom, the animal that defecates once a week. I grew up on a dairy farm. I for sure never saw such a creature! So why would it be normal for a human to have a bowel movement every two, three or four days? Okay...it is a misunderstanding. This IS normal or average for constipated people, but it is NOT HEALTHY. A healthy person has two to three bowel movements a day. That would be a goal. 

So what does 'normal' look like?
Usually a light brown, about as long as from your wrist to your elbow, about as round as when your forefinger and thumb are placed together, and soft. As you can tell, this is very individual.  You can worry about that, after you are having the bowel movements.  
NOTE: Any maroon colored stools, or black tarry stools MUST be evaluated by your Dr. This is could be an indication of blood in the stools, and it is serious. 

What causes this constipation?

*WATER? Usually a lack of enough water. Are you drinking enough? A good rule of thumb is one half your body weight, pounds, converted to ounces. So if you weigh 150 lb, you should be drinking about 75 ounces of water daily. We will discuss the types of water later. Also, if the body isn't picking up the water, there will be a problem. We evaluate the usage of the water using the Body Code. 
*MEDICATIONS? Also medications can slow the tract down. Pain killers are notorious for this. There are others also, so we look for medication toxicities. 
*EMOTIONAL ISSUES? Emotional issues are paramount also! Holding onto emotional issues? Uh huh. That may cause a 'holding on' within the body also. We can address these things with TE sessions.
*FIBER? Lack of proper fiber also causes an issue. I know there is a big push right now against grains. I have a problem with that as whole grains are where you get so many useful B vitamins and also the fiber. You just need good old fashioned fiber in the diet from whole grains, fruits and vegetables, raw and even cooked.
*SMOOTHIES? And even some of those nutritional supplements, as great as they are, can cause a problem. To compensate for the lack of fiber in your smoothies, you need to add a tablespoon of olive or coconut oil to keep things moving along. 
*EXERCISE? Lack of exercise is also a big factor. One of the easiest and best is just simply a walk. That's it! But exercise in any form will help. 
*ENZYMES? Or lack there of? Supplements may be needed until the condition can be corrected. And I check to make sure your enzymes are up to par!
*HORMONES? A lack of thyroid hormones can very often cause constipation. But don't bank on getting an abnormal report back on this. You may need to run your own test with your body temperature, should be about 98.6 around 3 pm.

So what can be used to get you 'GOING?'

Dr. Christopher puts out the LOWER BOWEL TONIC. This is just what it states. It is a tonic to heal the issues of the lower bowel. This can be taken over a long period of time to heal the colon and encourage proper responses. Start out with 2 capsules a day, usually at night, then increase until desired results are achieved. After success, start backing down the dosages. You may need to take 2 capsules a day for a few months to heal this tract. If you are needing to take more than 4 capsules a day, consider putting some into your morning routine. 

PSYLLIUM HUSK is a good one also. Just mix a tablespoon or so of this product in some juice the night before and Waa Laa! Success the next morning. Be sure you are drinking plenty of water with this. Many people take 2 capsules of this 2-3 times a day. This keeps things moving along well.

SMOOTH MOVE. One little treat on the market now is a tea. You drink this around 7 PM, and success will be yours in the AM. And the name of this wonderful little product is, get ready for it...."Smooth Move." Yeah, I laughed also. It is a very pleasant tea with wonderful, gentle effects. 

Dr. Christopher also developed a recipe for a healthy little snack which will also help children, or their parents, assure relief from constipation.
DR. CHRISTOPHER'S BOWEL AID
1 pint ground or finely chopped dried fruits, ie apples, apricots, dates, figs,peaches, prune, and or raisins.
Add one ounce powdered slippery elm bark, one ounce powdered flax seed, one ounce powdered licorice root,  and enough sorghum or blackstrap molasses to make moldable. Shape into small round balls and roll them in 1:1 slippery elm bark and powdered carob.
These are plenty sweet, so there won't be a problem getting them down. They are very good for children who might be a little  'slow,' or their parents.

An easy exercise program is the TTap program. It does wonderful things including encouraging regular bowel movements. 

So there you have more info than you ever thought you would want about bowel movements! And there is more....but I think we have talked enough about it for now. Just one more thing, you're not really going to lose any weight until you clear the constipation condition. It is what it is.

The "I hate exercise program!' that works!

The ultimate 
'I HATE TO EXERCISE PROGRAM'
I applauded my own efforts today when I exercised! Second time this week!!! While doing my exercise I thought it sad more people don't know about this. Then I thought maybe I was at fault. Not good. So here is some info about my..."I hate to exercise" program.
I like to walk, but sometimes that just isn't enough or I just don't do it. So here is my other option.

IF, I DO exercise I have a criteria: 
     It MUST Work! I need to see results!
     It MUST be easy! No fancy equipment or directions. And something I  
           don't have to travel for.
     It MUST take as little time as possible!
Yes, it is a tough criteria. Oh well... I found something that fits it all!

We are about to embark on that tradition, no, the other one, The  'New Years' resolution. Most of us have the same goals as the last 2-3 years, I know about this.
So if you want a little early Christmas present, you might consider the T-Tapp exercise solution.

Here is some of what happens when you use it:

Moving lymph is really important. Lymph does NOT have a circulatory system. It moves from area to area via muscle action, skin brushing or use of a mini tramp.

Back to THE exercise:
How did I get into this exercise program? 
I visited my daughter who was into this exercise program and couldn't stop raving over it.  Yeah.. yeah… yeah….I really didn't think there were programs out there I hadn't heard about. And most touted miraculous results if you beat yourself up long enough. 
Hey, I am not into wearing myself out.. I need to last!

My daughter threw on a t-shirt and some capris and I noticed there was less of her to notice… hmmm…. was this program doing THAT for her?
I exercised with her, not bad… I didn't feel like I needed cardiac resuscitation when finished. 
Okay….. so far so good….
And it lasted what…. 15 MINUTES? 
Hmm…. this is GOOD….
Then I listened to the lecture… it made perfect sense! This gal is well educated and is her own personal experiment. I have great respect for those types of people. And she spoke of the importance of lymph movement and how to move it with exercise! LYMPH?? I had studied that, its role and importance!
Okay…. I am listening now!

On the the lecture DVD you learn all you need to know about the whys and hows of this program.

So let's see:
I get results after a few days…. check
I don't need anything else to exercise with…. check (do use a DVD player)
It moves lymph…check (everyone NEEDS that!)
Most anyone can do it… it is just that simple.
Helps balance hormones.
It helps with gestational diabetes.
This exercise routine lasts 15-18 minutes…. ONLY 3 times a week…. love it! And… it is energizing!!!!
Or you can do the longer work out. Why you would want to I don't know…

So there you have my reasons for choosing this program. 
I suggest if you hate exercise programs, you check this one out. 

If you can tolerate a light exercise 15-18 minutes, 3 times a week, you will be impressed by the results… and you will helping your body detox simply by moving the lymph! Oh, yeah… drink lots water and drink distilled if you want to detox even more.

Spring or Allergy season? You can choose!

Welcome to Spring! Or allergy season?

I used to have what I would call 'MAY FEVER.'
Came during the month of May, and ended when May left. Sometimes traveling would flare it up again. Arrrgggghhh.....  I found several very good treatments for this allergy. One of the best was good ol' Vitamin C. About 3000 mg a day would help with the allergy.
Some of the other chemical treatments were just that... and left me feeling groggy, or with stomach upset. I just never knew. But hey... it was only May...for a while...

So what is an allergy? Well, usually it is an auto immune response to an element the body perceives as being a threat. Some people will say, "I played for hours outside as a child and then as an adult I get THIS!!!"

Others have allergies as very young children. Some have allergies to milk,  wheat, or grains, this is a big deal. You need to become the worlds best package reader! Even soy sauce has wheat in it!!!

Do we know why we have allergies? Not necessarily. I have a few pet theories of my own. I do know many, MANY times we have adrenal issues. When we work with the adrenals, some allergies go away. Once in a while, it is a thyroid issue. Just depends on who and what. Everyone is individual.

Recently I had a client approach me at a social function. He was all smiles as he said, "Hey... It worked! I can eat chocolate! But I don't like it that much." Huh? You don't like it? Oh, well.... 

During the course his office evaluations, he admitted to an allergy to chocolate. This allergy would send him to a migraine attack which might last a couple of days. I asked if he wanted to get over it? He said yeah, but he had just learned to eat his way all around a chocolate chip if it were in a cookie. We went ahead and did the releases and he went merrily on his way. So when he finally decided to see if the treatment worked, he ventured out hoping it wouldn't be 2 days of torture. Hence...the first chance he got, he had to tell me. I was excited to hear about this. So was he....but he did discover he wasn't all that fond of chocolate. Hmmm..... Well, he won't gain weight. 

Dust allergies, weed allergies, pet allergies, flower allergies, food allergies, etc, we can do a lot for these. Do they all clear as easily? Not always. Sometimes it takes more than one treatment. We have to look for all the triggers, organ involvement, emotional involvement, etc. We don't know until we try.   

And sometimes, it isn't an allergy, it is an intolerance. The body response is similar, the cause might be different and on a different level. We check for those also. 

If you're not happily tip-toeing through the tulips enjoying spring, or foods, or pets, you can make a different choice!

I am not believing my EYES! BIG IMPROVEMENT!!

Hello, again!!!
Yes, it has been a LONG time between blogs. I completed a move to a new location, office is mostly set up and I can find my clothes and my bedroom! Great Progress!!!! So now... hopefully I am getting back on track.
Now... onto some really exciting info!

MY EYES!!!!Three (3!!!!) LESSENED prescriptions later! 
Because of an eye issue a while back, I blogged about it, I have been conscious about good eye health protocol. Because I am also usually in a hurry and busy, I don't have a lot of patience with looongg programs. What ever I do has to be doable, quick and not too difficult. AND... IT MUST WORK!

I WAS wearing corrective contact lenses, WITH a bifocal enhancement. So a few months ago I went to the eye Dr. because I was getting headaches. I rarely have a headache and it usually is eye related if I do. 

He lessened the prescription. Ahhh.... lots better!
I am back 2 weeks later, more headaches. Relief, prescription lessened.

Then a week or so ago, I had trouble focusing, somewhat  blurry vision with a horrible headache.

I didn't have time to go in, so I just dealt with a kinda double vision deal when I wore my lenses, or didn't wear the lenses, unless driving. All the letters had a shadow with them. Hmm... I made an appointment and went today. Everything was going along okay.... until the aid gave me a new set of contacts to put in before the Dr. came in. WOWZER! Welcome to the world of headaches! 

By the time the Dr. came in, I just wanted the lenses out. Tried out another set of lighter lenses, still had some double vision, tried out another set. Not better yet. And then the magic card. 
"Can you read anything on this card?" he asks.
"Yeah, what do you want me to read?" I reply
 So I read something. The Dr. grabs the card and announces that I don't need the bifocals! So I got lenses WITHOUT bifocal correction, and a lighter prescription and WHAAA! LAAA! I can see again.... AND NO HEADACHES!

So let's see, I started out at -1.75 with light bifocal correction.
Went to -1.50 with light bifocal correction.
Went to a lighter one yet... and today I end up with -1.00 and NO bifocal correction. After that many lenses in my eyes, I have some very tired eyes. But I am feeling pretty optimistic about this eye stuff! 

So what started this revolution? Wish I could tell you what I did! (tease! Okay...not funny. Sorry ;-)  ....)

Soooo.... I started out with energy work on my eyes. Interestingly, I found grief as a trapped emotion. Makes sense, when you grieve you might cry. I have had plenty of opportunity for that. And there were some other things also. 

But there is something more to this....Recently, I came across a site by Jack West, a fellow I thought was only into archeology.. I hadn't realized he was very much into holistic health. I listened to his lecture. He has since passed, but was a great grandfather and had never worn or needed glasses. After my eye issues, I found this intriguing. And he then explained his program. He had been promised by a Dr. he would never need glasses if he did several simple eye exercises every day. Okay, I'll buy... how simple? It would have to be simple if I were to get involved. It was. I combined this with Dr. Christopher's Eye Bright, used as a wash and as a tincture. 
I was already taking some calcium, Vit D, Vit A, (as beta carotene),EFAs and minerals, so I didn't feel to change anything nutritionally.

So here you go! EYE EXERCISES by Jack West.
Lying down, do this at least two times a day. I know, I know... but the two times I would be lying down would be before I go to sleep and before I get out of bed. Okay... this is very doable! I could do it.

Protocol of EXERCISE:
Lying on back, 
1. rotate the eyes in a big clockwise circle 5 times. Then squeeze eyes tight. Slow methodical movements, don't rush.
2. Now, roll the eyes counter clockwise 5 times and squeeze.
3. Look side to side, way over each way 5 times, side to side and back is 1. Squeeze eyes tight.
4. Make 5 LARGE X's with eyes, looking to upper left corner then down to opposite right shoulder, upper right, then down to opposite left shoulder, 5Xs. Squeeze.
5. Look way up high, over your head, then down to your toes. You probably won't see your toes and that is okay. Do this up and down 5 times. Squeeze. 
ALL DONE!
That completes the eye exercises. It is suggested you do this 2-3 times a day or when your eyes are tired. I have at times just laid my head back and done them. 

As I stated, I take 2 droppers full of Eye Bright once a day.
I do an eyebright wash with an eye cup and a few drops of eye bright in water before I go to bed. And I take my regular supplements. I made sure there weren't any other blockages. 
That's it. 
Will it work for you? We won't know until you try. It doesn't hurt, is isn't expensive,(well discounting prescription changes) and it isn't hard. 

And yes, I would suggest energy work on the eyes, should you feel so inclined. Many things can be improved when we remove the blockages preventing healing. I have released toxicities and various energies from the eyes. It is really a good idea to get an evaluation.

Here's looking at you! And thankfully seeing only ONE of you!!! Glad that is over. Crazy times!

Ebola...a few ideas for dealing with it

EBOLA! 
Is it starting to make you nervous? I haven't seen much alarm here in the North West. But I can see if there are a few more cases, people may get a little crazy about it.

I am not going to go into the whole who started it, where it started or why it started. That would require a novel. Who cares when you are faced directly with the problem? What is, is what is and we deal with what is.

Ebloa will cause the veins to weaken and leak the blood. Hence, hemorrhage and bleed out. So what will help the veins stay strong?
Good ol' VIT C! Put a lot of this in your medicine cabinet. You will using up to 10,000 + mg.s/day if you are directly confronted with this. 
And what is a good thing to help kill off the virus?
Good ol' Colloidal Silver. Get a large stash of this on hand also. You will be using about 1-2 TBL/day if you are directly confronted with this. If you are not familiar with colloidal silver, you will be spending some $$$. If you are familiar with this, you will still be spending some $$$, you just know it. Of course there are some who won't believe this will help. No problem, maybe they have a better program to be checked out. Just do what you feel you need to do. But I will remind you, one of the latest room cleaning substances being used is a 'silver' and hydrogen peroxide combination.

Naturally, good hygiene is a must. 

Plenty of bleach is a good thing to get on hand, surfaces need to be kept clean. 

Avoiding crowds would be a good idea, but nearly impossible. So just hedge your bet and make sure you are as healthy as possible, plenty of Vit D, Vit. C, minerals, and the rest of what constitutes a good health program. 

When it is all said and done, we can only do our best and let God take care of the rest.

Depression.... THERE IS HELP!

After this month of mourning due to our loss of Robbin Williams, I thought we would hit this DEPRESSION topic.

If you are alive, you no doubt have had a round of this.
SYMPTOMS:
No energy, loss of energy
Feelings of worthlessness, self loathing, unloved
Feeling trapped 
Feelings of helplessness and hopelessness
Loss of interest in daily activities/ no zest for life
Appetite or weight changes, uncontrolled eating
Sleep changes/sleeping beyond normal times, not sleeping
Anger or irritability
Reckless behavior.
Everybody has an off day or two or week. If yours is lingering beyond a couple of weeks, ask an honest person what they think about your symptoms. And know there is help out there for you. You CAN get to a better place. 

SOME THINGS WE CONSIDER:
Hormones after pregnancy will often generate a depression.
Stress is a big factor for depression. 
Change is always uncomfortable, and it doesn't matter whether it is a good change or a negative one. Lifestyle change, marriage, divorce, death, birth
Chronic health issue causing pain, this can be very depressing
And there is more probably, we just don't know everything about everything.

Did you know you can also see a symptom for depression in the eyes? Yep, in the brain flare area in the top of the iris. We would then also look for the cause. 

So holistically what are approaches for countering Depression?
Let's start with the physical stuff. And please understand... this isn't everything!

B-VITAMINS. A full range of Bs is a very good place to start. If you're in the midst of a depression, go for the B-100s. These are the BRAIN vitamins! They help balance the brain. Sometimes people are allergic or intolerant to the Bs, this needs to be evaluated and addressed. B vitamins are water soluble and do not build up in the system.

Vit D. This is the sunshine vitamin. Many seasonal disorders are helped when Vit D3 is added to the diet. A maintenance dosage is 4-5000 U a day makes a world of difference! If you are very depleted, you may need a higher dose for a week or two. I have heard the "But I am taking 400 U because that is what was recommended."  Well, this is your choice. You are overdosing when you take over 10,000 U a day... and that is questionable. On a nice sunny summer afternoon, your body will make up to 50,000 U and you usually don't have much illness in the summer. Go figure. Vit. D is highly under emphasized in my always humble opinion.

EFAs, Essential Fatty Acids, are also important. These help feed the brain. Flaxseed oil is good for women and Fish oil is good for men. I really like the EFAs Dr. Wallach developed, see products page. I must mention some people are allergic or intolerant of oils, this sometimes is why they don't see results from some of their supplements. We can address this.  

Adequate PROTEIN will help keep the sugar level stable in the body and brain. Nuts make a really good snack, and they are loaded with protein. 

Sometimes a good MINERAL SUPPLEMENT is necessary. We can do an evaluation for this and all the other supplements in question. 

Now let's address emotional issues
If you have to go through and airport and drag all of these suitcases with you, it will be exhausting. Going through life and dragging all this with you is exhausting on a long term level... and it can become depressing. 
This week I had a great experience with a client. She has suffered from depression for years. Her husband died 30 years ago, a good friend dropped her a few years later.
She had a miserable, abusive childhood.
So after two sessions addressing the reasons for depression, Client's friend calls me and says they aren't sure how to handle the 'NEW' girl! This client is happy and singing! And.. moving forward with her life now! This isn't an instant fix, it takes about a week to see the difference, but in this case it was quite fast. 
A heart wall, is created by the body as a virtual shield placed around the heart to protect it. This happens when the heart has been close to breaking, the body feels the need to protect it. The only trouble is this shield is made up of the negative energies lying around in the body. This shield, heart wall, prevents the messages of the heart from easily getting out, like wise it prevents messages to the heart to easily arrive. And lets remember, the heart is the second brain, it IS important. The heart TELLS the brain what to feel. The brain does not have feelings. I love you with all my.... HEART! Follow your HEART! I left my HEART in...We never sing about our brain.
So for the Client, we released several heart walls, created at different critical times in her life. 
We also released negative emotions from certain events and memories in her life.
I love watching this transformation! And hearing about it!

Should you start feeling better and you are on medication, DO NOT STOP YOUR MEDICATION WITHOUT YOUR DR.S HELP! Your medication program is between you and your Dr. and he needs to help you wean off. 
After sessions, there have been people who find they can reduce their levels of medication and some find they actually can wean off of medication, with their Dr.s help.

                          THERE IS HELP! Please don't give up!

A Supplement for aches and pains? Maybe....

Hello! 

I hope everyone is enjoying summer! I love it! Weeds and all!
So it has been one of those weeks with different people having similar issues. 
The one that stands out this week is nutritional.
A client of mine has been plagued with muscle/bone ache, some cramps and general malaise.  I checked her for misalignments, very few found.This client decided she would use some of the OsteoFX from the Longevity, a product I suggest on this site. 

For sometime I have been suggesting to women they monitor their calcium levels. This means they make a concentrated effort to make sure they are getting enough calcium in their diet. What is enough? Between 400mg-800mg a day, but we need to test for accurate dosage levels.

I have seen enough older men using walkers that calcium levels should be monitored for this group also. Low calcium can weaken bones, one of several factors.  I know conventional means don't offer this type of service usually, but it is a good idea to try to get a blood calcium level for yourself.
 
I also have known people who were allergic or intolerant to calcium and other minerals. This presents a problem of the body using what is there, thankfully we can address this and get to a better place with it.

In the first few days of a menstral cycle, a woman can lose up to 40% of her blood calcium. This can initiate cramps, among other things. 
So my recommendation has been, "Take extra Calcium, Calcium citrate with magnesium, the week before your period." Well, this has worked...when it is remembered. But we can do even better.....OsteoFX also contains trace minerals along with the calcium. Magnesium is used along with Calcium, there needs to be a balance.

The parathyroid gland is one of the glands responsible for calcium uptake. It is a very good idea for women AND men to have this evaluated. We can release any negative energies preventing this gland from performing up to it's proper levels.

Later in the day, I got a phone call from one very excited young woman! The ache in the hips was gone! It was gone within 20 minutes of taking the OsteoFX product and has not returned. I am very happy for her. We tested for dosages and she is well on her way to a happier life, healthier pain free life.

I really have a great respect for Dr. Wallach and his products because they work. I love his Essential Fatty acids, it is a great blend.

If you have chronic ache, it would be a good idea to get an evaluation to see if this product can help you. Not every ache is associated with calcium or mineral deficiency, but many are. 

Remember the 'old wives tale' of a "Tooth for every baby?" The mother's body will take minerals from the mother to produce a healthy child. Many times these minerals will come from the teeth, hence the tooth loss of mother. We have wonderful supplements today to prevent the degeneration of the mother's body. 

And for sure... let's not forget the roll calcium and magnesium play in heart health! It would be a very good idea to make sure your heart is happy with the supplements you take.

Sugar Blues?

What a week! The Sugar Blues!!
Some people are just too sweet for their own good!
Seems the issue of the week has been 'Blood Sugar!'
I was averaging one person a day with a blood sugar issue! That is scary, pleased to say that has slowed down!

So what am I finding?
I am seeing people who are actually allergic to sugar. This affects the sugar balance in the body. Okay, we just don't eat sugar. Get real, please. Fruits have sugar in them, starches convert to sugar in the body. 

So we look for an underlying trapped energy which may be causing this allergy. I did find some. That is then released. And then we address the sugar allergy and we work on that. As with all allergies, we check adrenal function.

The best part is when I retest and find the blood sugar balance has improved. It is always nice for those who test their sugars daily to see a better balance.

So what are some of the symptoms of this allergy? One of two things actually.
A person will crave this sugar or starch, and cannot get enough of it or can't stand the stuff. This is true in dealing with other allergies also.

After the release, a person may find themselves NOT craving sugary or starchy foods. How nice that is, you can actually leave certain things alone or just enjoy them randomly.

Will this work for everyone? I don't know; haven't tried it for everyone yet.

Is this the only factor with a blood sugar issue? NO!
There can be a weakness with the pancreas, or one of the systems in the body. Dr. Christopher' Pancreas Formula helps heal the pancreas. Many times there are energies trapped in the pancreas. It is amazing to see sugars levels controlled after releases are done. I will say, the pancreas releases are done over several sessions.It does not clear easily. We also want to know if there needs to be chromium added to the diet to facilitate the function of the pancreas. Through evaluations and releases, we usually can get to a better place. 
Sugar imbalances will sometimes show up in an iridology exam as a discoloration in the stomach area of the iris, as well as pancreas signes. There is just so much to know!

And what do we use for a sugar substitute?
Well, we want something natural, that won't raise the blood sugar levels, and tastes great. And that would be STEVIA! This is plant derived and comes as a white powder. I personally really like the NOW foods brand.
A little goes a sweet long way. There are several products out now sweetened with Stevia. For those watching sugar levels, which should be all of us, this is a wonderful resource.

Have a toxic Brain?

In the family we have had an accident which I am not ready to able talk about just yet. But lets say it was an accident and there was brain injury/trauma. So I have been dealing with brain issues for a month or what feels like a lifetime. I have learned soooo much!

Lately, I have been seeing lots and lots of TOXINS and toxins in the brain. So where do these toxins come from? I think mostly life. There are some we can avoid, some we should avoid and others we need to just deal with.

What can we avoid? How about some of those chemicals in the water.
If your using fluoridated water, you are cramming the hypothalamus and pituitary with fluoride. You might want to look up some info about fluoride and decide if you want to continue doing that. 

There are also bromides, which affects glands, from bleached flours, use unbleached. Might want to look that one up also. 

And then there are the preservatives in our foods. Do you know mortician now uses about 1/2 the embalming fluid as was necessary 60 years ago? That's right. You are pickling yourself. Where as bodies used to need to be embalmed with a day or so, now can wait several days before breakdown. I know somewhere there is a person thinking this is okay…

We have toxins on the foods we eat. They are called pesticides and fertilizers.
Many of these are hormone, estrogen, based. Does that not get you a little concerned? Do you think these could possible affect the master glands like the hypothalamus which regulates hormones? Uhh… yeah….
Organic isn't cheap, but neither is ill health.


I have been working with a baby who was born to a drug addicted mother. I think this is one of the saddest situations. By testing, we learn he is loaded with toxins from drugs; his brain, his glands, his organs. Yes, there are things that have been done to help him. But it is quite the process. Meanwhile, the child is miserable, as well as his caretakers. Then as recommended  the state, vaccines were introduced into a body and brain with issues of toxicity already present. At this juncture, I will ask you please read the package insert from vaccine company, before you get the vaccine. It is online if you can't get it otherwise. Prevention of toxicity is far easier and cheaper than a clean up with it's questionable outcome.


Like I said, it will be hard to avoid all the toxicities in our society. But if we do no more than the best we can and avoid as many toxins as possible, we will be ahead of the game. 

Now, back to the accident in our family. There was brain trauma. Because of the lifestyle chosen by the mother of the family, there weren't many toxins in this child's brain. We were ahead of the game as we started into recovery with this child. And I will add he is recovering very well, an answer to many prayers. And as he has needed the drugs for treatment, we detox as we go. It has been a very interesting and rewarding experience. More on that in a later post.
