Urinary concerns, for the Ladies

Concerns for the Ladies and the urinary system


I am hoping this is going to work... new website format, so one never knows.


Cranberry Juice. 

We know it is great for helping get rid of kidney stones.

It is great for urinary tract infections. 

And now.... how about this... It can help regulate the bladder! 

So it seems for a few of us, cranberry juice helps calm the bladder?

Yes, it is beginning to seem so. 

Less dribbling? Fewer trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night?

Sounder sleep? 

Yeah, I know. Interesting. 

For years we have known that Cranberry juice aids in ridding stones out of the kidneys, but some Drs. believe 

excess could increase the stone formation. Jury is still out on that one. 

And we know that Cranberry juice is good for cleansing the urinary system when there has been a Urinary Tract

Infection.

It also is used a preventative for UTIs.  

So what about sleep? What about waking for nighttime urination?

Among some of my clients and family and self.... it seems to help this!

Who knew?!


So if you're experiencing the night time urination, it might pay off to try 4-8 oz of cranberry juice in the evening. 


This made me question, 'Why?'

I started looking at the components of cranberry juice.

Nothing out of the ordinary, just good stuff.

Vit C, E, B6, K1, copper and manganese. And some stuff which is good,  A-type proanthocyanidins, which prevents Bacteria from sticking to the tract. 

Okay, that's all good. But then what?


What else is being affected?

It seems the LIVER is being affected, for the positive!

And the liver has a direct affect on sleep!

Okay... we are really getting somewhere now!

We know that if we detox the liver, sleep improves. 

The liver becomes active in the early morning 1-3 am, according to Chinese Medicine.  

It seems the liver can be POSITIVELY AFFECTED by cranberry juice! 

GREAT!!! This then may improve sleep.


So the suggestion would be, try some Cranberry juice, use a good quality, 4-8 oz in the evening. 

Then we come to the tablets. Yes! These can be used and they seem to be effective also, 2 in the evening. 


I will not promise this will work for everyone, but so far we have had some very positive feed back.

We can always schedule a Body Code session for more information about the state of the body. 


What about the gentlemen? Well, they have a few other issues to deal with. It won't hurt to try this, but I would suggest more intense evaluations with a Body Code session.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Pick your FIX!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 
Well, we are planning one aren't we?
So now it becomes official, the New Year is here! 
You know for sure because all the diet stuff is being advertised.There are 'new' diets, 'new' foods you should put into your diet, 'old' foods you should never put into your diet, new exercise programs and then the list just gets longer.

We all know if we just do all that is on the list we will live long and healthy lives…. just like last year… right?
 
So what is it going to be? Extra pounds that need to go, better toned body, dropping a bad habit, getting off some medication or a better diet?
There always seems to be enough to choose from.
My philosophy is just to pick ONE ITEM, only one. Do you realize your chances of success are almost at 100% if you are only working on ONE ITEM? Those are odds I like!

If you are going to work on a weight issue please remember you will also need to look at detoxing, good bowel movements and a simple exercise program as well as wholesome foods. I remember the exercise guru Jack LaLane. His motto about fried foods was: A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips.
Now that is something to think about. 
Eat as close to what God created, avoid the boxed and packaged stuff and you will make steady progress.
You would also want to check your thyroid activity. A sluggish thyroid will prevent weight loss, a healthy weight loss. And if it isn't addressed, all that weight you lose will be back shortly. There are other hormones that play a role, such as estrogen. Estrogen dominance can make women, and men, heavy in the middle. This should also be evaluated.
If you have cravings, these can be mineral or vitamin deficiencies. Consider good supplements. Personally, I like the tangy tangerine in which you get vitamins AND minerals.
Cravings can also be signals of trapped emotions in glands. Some of my clients say it is wonderful to be free of cravings so as you can just leave stuff, by your CHOICE. I would have to agree.

Is exercising a problem because of stiffness or pain?
This is where the EMOTION CODE or BODY CODE would be of benefit. It is much easier to exercise when you feel good. Would anyone have to tell you how to spend a $million? Just like they would not have to tell you to get up and get going when you feel good.

Dropping a bad habit isn't so easy, but if that is all your working on and you have decided it is going, you are well on your way. Addictions can be terrible to deal with, but they can be dealt with. Many times we take the emotion out of it and find it much easier to let go.

Remember, you only need to take one item to work on! 
Pick out yours and lets address it.
